Fighting Loneliness & Isolation

When covid hit Medway in 2020, 7000 residents were told to shield. One of those told to shield was Kate Belmonte, realising that not everyone had family and friends to support them in their protected isolation she co-founded Mutual Aid Road Reps CIC, locally known as MARR. The community initiative continues to actively fight loneliness and isolation across the Medway Towns, with all profit from The Circle Refill Hub going into running their extensive programme of outreach sessions and towards in-home befriending for the housebound.

The climate crisis is overwhelming on so many levels, this talk created by David Ramsden MBE, aims to give you a basic understanding of the science behind the climate & ecological crisis, arming you with the facts and potential futures, that we as a species face.
